Rebel Motorsport Club is pleased to announce the date and venue for this year's Christmas Meal.

As noted above, the table has been booked for 14:30 on Sunday 14th December, 2008. The Harvester can be found just off Junction 36 of the M4 at Bridgend. There is plenty or car parking space available so there's no excuse for not coming along!

Please be aware that the venue has requested a £5 deposit per person. The deposit must be paid by Friday, 28th November 2008. Payment details are provided further down the page.

Further Information and Payment Details
The deposit of £5 is required to secure your place (which will be deducted from the cost of your meal on the day). Remember that deposits must be paid by Friday, 28th November at the latest.
Note: Deposits will be non-refundable (as per the terms of The Harvester)

If you live close enough to the Event Organiser it is entirely possible that a meeting be arranged to sort out the cash payment. If this is your preferred method of payment then please get in touch with Lynda (Salem) or Andy (SharkyUK) to make arrangements.
We are happy to accept payments via Bank Transfer. If this is your preferred method of payment then please get in touch with Lynda (Salem) or Andy (SharkyUK) for the bank details.
If you prefer to pay by cheque or postal order then please contact Lynda (Salem) via email.
Important:
If you require a receipt (when paying by cheque or postal order) then please send us a self stamped addressed envelope along with your cheque.

The subject of safety... We will remind those attending that we do not condone/endorse racing and we fully expect attendees to be law-abiding and to drive responsibly. If you want to drive like an idiot and rag the nuts off your car then please take it elsewhere and leave the rest of us to enjoy the event!
Depending on the event it is quite possible we'll be attracting a lot of attention so please respect other road users and avoid excessive noise/speed in public and built-up areas. Also worth bearing in mind is the fact that there will potentially be lots of bikers, cyclists and horse-riders out sharing and enjoying the roads with us. You know the drill... be extra vigilant and keep checking your mirrors. Please keep it sensible.
