Information
Rebel Motorsport Club is happy to announce the date for this year's Club Weekend. The event will be taking place over the weekend of the 18th and 19th June, 2011. Please be aware that this event is open to Rebel Driver members and well-known regular/supporting members first and foremost.
Take your car on a purpose built rally stage of approximately 2.2 miles in length (two full laps of the course) - the narrowest sections being 9.5ft wide and most sections 12ft wide. No oncoming traffic, no distractions, no pressure. Just you and your car enjoying this challenging stage!

Test your car on the hillclimb as you drive around this rally stage and enjoy it over and over again; it's entirely up to you how many times you want to go around... Remember, there's no pressure whatsoever. There is no timing and only one car is permitted on the stage at a time. It's not about racing or completing the stage in the quickest time; it's about having fun and enjoying the weekend amongst good friends and fellow Club members. Anyone found to be racing or timing will, in fact, be asked to leave.
Why not bring friends and/or family along? It's not all about the driving! There are mountain biking trails nearby, plenty of open space for radio controlled vehicles and miles of beautiful countryside to enjoy. Of course, there will be plenty of opportunity for photographs and the local pub is only a few hundred yards away from the venue (for meals or a drink or two in the evening). Overnight camping is available at the venue.

Pricing and Payment
The cost is £50 per person all in (based on the 2010 plan). Please be aware that payment must be made in full by 1st May, 2011.

The subject of safety... We will remind those attending that we do not condone/endorse racing and we fully expect attendees to be law-abiding and to drive responsibly. If you want to drive like an idiot and rag the nuts off your car then please take it elsewhere and leave the rest of us to enjoy the event!
Depending on the event it is quite possible we'll be attracting a lot of attention so please respect other road users and avoid excessive noise/speed in public and built-up areas. Also worth bearing in mind is the fact that there will potentially be lots of bikers, cyclists and horse-riders out sharing and enjoying the roads with us. You know the drill... be extra vigilant and keep checking your mirrors. Please keep it sensible.
