Japfest2: The Evolution is back again this year - but at a different venue! Last year the first Japfest2 event took place at Rockingham... but this year it has moved to the heart of British Motorsport at Donington Park. And to ensure we do not miss out on all the Jap-fuelled fun we will again be organising a stand for our very own Rebel Motorsport Club members as well as our friends over at the Civic Type-R Owners Club (CTRO).

This year the event will be taking place on Sunday 10th July, 2011. Don't miss out on what promises to be a fantastic day out for anyone with the slightest interest in Japanese performance cars...

Japfest2 has it all - amazing cars and displays, extreme and exotic Japanese machinery, high-speed track action and much, much more. With clubs from all over Europe travelling to Donington to take part it is expected it will be even better than last year's event.

Pricing and Payment

Club Entrance and a stand pass is £13 per person.

If paying via PayPal then please ensure you mark it as a "Gift" otherwise Rebel gets stung with additional administration costs. This all adds up and - if necessary - we will contact you requesting additional payment to cover any incurred fees. Also, please ensure you add "Japfest2" along with your screen name in the details section during payment (otherwise we have no idea where/who the payment is coming from and end up wasting each other's time as we establish who has paid what!) For bank transfers, cheque payments or cash then please contact the organiser via the forum Private Messaging system or using the email address given at the foot of the page.

Ticket Information

Tickets will not be posted out to you for the following reasons.

• We usually receive them only a couple of days before the event, leaving very little time to post them out.
• We would rather hand them to you personally - that way we know you have got your ticket(s) - and not risk losing them in the post.
• Our ticket pricing does not cover posting and delivery of tickets.

Instead, we operate a scheme whereby those attending collect their tickets from a known member (organiser) at a known meeting point on the day of the event. This is typically done at a convoy meeting point that is most suitable for the individual. Convoys are setup to cater for those attending from all different parts of the country and further information is available via the forum. If preferred, tickets can be collected in person directly from us as soon as we receive them (at your own expense).

Convoy Meeting Points and Ticket Collection

We have various meeting points and times for the convoys to Donington. You can simply choose a meeting point that is best for yourself and inform us as soon as possible.

Ensure you arrive at your chosen meeting point in good time as convoy leaders and organisers cannot hang around waiting; to do so would risk late arrival at the venue and potential further disruption.

Public Liability Insurance

As with all organised events/meets a Club must have Public Liability Insurance. With an event of this type, it is down to the individual Car Clubs attending to ensure they have purchased sufficient Public Liability Insurance cover. Under the rules and regulations we are required to hold a minimum of £1,000,000 in Public Liability Insurance cover, and have the necessary insurance against claims by third parties for fire, damage and all other risks.

The good news is that we have arranged Public Liability Insurance cover to the amount of £5,000,000. The policy is under "Rebel Motorsport Club" and for all the events / meets we organise throughout the year. Normally we ask those partaking in the event to pay a little extra to help offset the additional cost of the insurance cover. However, in this case the site founder (Salem) and the Committee have agreed to cover the cost as a goodwill gesture in recognition of members' and CTRO's support.
